Information submitted through the contact form is stored using our website hosting provider's data storage and database infrastructure, and is also stored and managed in the customer relationship management tool we use to track and respond to inquiries. That tool maintains its own security and data handling practices as an independent data processor. Newsletter subscriptions are stored within our website platform's own contacts and marketing tools.


We may also share the email address you submit with LinkedIn, using LinkedIn's Matched Audiences or similar advertising tools, to show you, or professionals with a similar profile, relevant marketing content on LinkedIn. LinkedIn processes this information under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review separately.


We do not share your personal information with any other third party, except where required to operate the Site (such as our hosting and CRM providers) or where required by law or legal process.

How We Communicate With You

If you submit the contact form, we will use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry by email or phone. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send periodic updates to the email address you provide, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each communication. We may also use the email address you submit to reach you, or professionals with a similar profile, through advertising on LinkedIn, as described above.

The Site uses cookies required for its basic technical operation, provided by default through our website hosting platform. The Site also uses our website platform's built-in traffic analytics, which uses cookies to measure visits, page views, and general visitor behavior in aggregate. This tool does not identify you personally, it reports on Site traffic as a whole. The Site does not currently have a cookie consent banner in place, so these cookies are set from your first visit, rather than only after you have given consent. If we add a cookie consent banner, or further analytics, advertising, or tracking tools in the future, this policy will be updated to describe the specific tools used and the choices available to you.
